Job Summary
I am seking a compassionate and dedicated Private Caregiver to provide personalized, care to me at my residence. The work environment is relaxed, within a security elderly apartment building. Canidadites will be energetic, attentive, have light cleaning, and cooking skills, positive attitude, and the ability to keep personal issues separate from work. Promotes good hygiene. Independent, filmilare with household items, safety, and well-being through attentive caregiving and support. This paid position emphasizes building trusting relationships while delivering essential daily assistance.
Duties
- When needed Assist clients with Activities such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, helping with pet.
- Monitor patient health by taking observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately in compliaccording to care plans and document all medication activities meticulously
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained
- Assist in food shopping
- Implement personalized care plans designed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces
- Provide emotional support and companionship to foster social engagement and mental stimulation.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams during home health visit.
- Document all care activities accurately while respecting client confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications
- Proven experience in personal home care, assisted living, preferably with elderly or disabled populations
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and emergency response procedures such as CPR and first aid
- Familiarity with working with individuals with acute gout, and authorities.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including light lifting.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, healthcare professionals
- Certification in CPR and first aid required; additional certifications such as HIPAA training are a plus
- Able to work overnight, experience working in a personal residenct.
