We are seeking a passionate and experienced Urban Mobility Engineer to join our growing Urban Mobility & Infrastructure team in Minneapolis. As an Urban Mobility Engineer, you will work on innovative projects that balance pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicle priorities, including urban roadway and municipal infrastructure improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support design for urban roadways, trails, and mobility-focused infrastructure.
- Manage or assist with multidisciplinary project teams and deliverables.
- Mentor staff in a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
- Assist in business development and client relationship building.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in urban infrastructure or transportation design.
- Proficiency in MicroStation OpenRoads Designer and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Engineering license or intent to obtain licensure.
- Interest in innovative, community-focused urban mobility solutions.
