Responsibilities:
- Manage warranty requests, textile approvals, pricing updates, and product documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment across internal systems and customer-facing materials
- Conduct market research, product option analyses, and competitive evaluations to provide insights that support product strategy and decision-making for Seating leadership
- Develop and maintain technical resources, specification tools, assessment reports, and documentation to support customer inquiries, bids, contracts, and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other departments to resolve product data discrepancies, improve processes, and support ongoing product development initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous sales, customer service, or related experience
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday to 8am to 5pm
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Manufacturing and/or engineering knowledge is preferred
