VP of Finance & Administration
Evergreens | Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Salary: $160,000 - $175,000 annually + Annual Performance Bonus + Equity Opportunity
Help Shape the Next Chapter of Evergreens
Evergreens is one of the Pacific Northwest's leading fast-casual restaurant brands, known for fresh, healthy salads, wraps, and warm grain bowls. Following an exciting brand refresh and continued operational improvements, we're building the foundation for our next phase of growth, including franchise expansion.
We're seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance & Administration to become the Company's senior financial leader and strategic business partner to the CEO. This executive will help shape our financial strategy, strengthen our planning and forecasting capabilities, and build the financial infrastructure necessary to support long-term growth.
This is not a traditional accounting role. We partner with an experienced outsourced accounting firm that manages our day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting, payroll processing, and financial close. Instead, we're looking for a strategic finance leader who enjoys analyzing the business, developing financial models, partnering with executive leadership, and helping drive better business decisions.
In addition, this role will oversee key administrative functions that help our home office operate efficiently and allow our leadership team to stay focused on growing the business.
