The job
Learn irrigation the right way while working outdoors with a team that holds a clear standard.
What you’ll do
- Assist with irrigation installs and repairs (hands-on training provided)
- Dig, trench, backfill, and help with pipe/heads/valves/controllers
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Learn to troubleshoot step-by-step—no guessing, no shortcuts
- Communicate clearly and ask questions early
What we’re looking for
- Reliable, coachable, and ready to learn a trade
- Comfortable working outdoors and moving all day
- Professional attitude—steady, respectful, team-first
- Irrigation/landscape experience is a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license and pre-employment drug test required.
