Infant/Toddler/Preschool Teacher
Aspire Early Education Center is looking for a Teacher that has chosen early childhood as their career and want to work at our exemplary preschool located Lynn, MA.
Aspire operates Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm and serves children Aged 2 weeks – 5 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Strong classroom organization skills.
- Develop and implement preschool curriculum & daily activities.
- Communicate effectively with others, including teachers, directors, and families.
- Serve as a cooperative and supportive member of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, energetic atmosphere.
- Patience, nurturing skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, dependable and genuine enjoyment of the education/childcare field.
Qualifications
EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification
Physical demands, good health, ability to handle stairs and lift up to 40 pounds and position infants/toddlers in classroom and in case of emergency.

- Physical Demands: Ability to travel regularly throughout the service area, navigate stairs, carry program materials, and participate in home visits, community visits, and group activities.
- Ability to work in homes with pets, allergens, and differing home conditions while maintaining a respectful family-centered approach.
- Must have a valid (within the past two years) physical or Doctor's letter verifying ability to satisfy the above requirements and maintain throughout employment.
- Emotional Demands: Mature and stable individual who is able to cope with the emotional demands of working with families experiencing stress, trauma, economic hardship, and other life challenges.
- Regulatory Demands: Must meet all requirements for program certification, training, and applicable state and federal regulations.
