We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced and customer service focused Geriatric Medicine advanced practice provider (APRN or PA) to join our rapidly growing practice serving the Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton and Sarasota communities.
This position is unique.
The provider will work with a great degree of autonomy and independence at a small number of select ALF’s while at the same time being a member of a team of other very seasoned Geriatric Providers who work closely together towards the common goal of taking exceptional medical care of our patients... all while having a highly experienced Medical Director and a full Team of Emergency Medicine trained staff to help support that mission.

As owner and Medical Director, Dr. Avila has built a unique state of the art urgent care facility coupled with a very unique and robust Geriatric Primary Care component unlike any others in the area.
Requirements:
Current APRN or PA-C licensure in the State of Florida
Current BLS and ACLS Certificate
Minimum 4 years of Geriatrics experience
