We are seeking a polished, proactive, and service-driven Coordinator of Operations – Concierge Services to help maintain and elevate the performance of our concierge teams across multiple locations.
This role is ideal for a leader who understands that luxury lives in the details. As a key operational presence, you will ensure consistency, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery across all assigned properties.
Important: This is a dynamic, hands-on position. The Coordinator of Operations is required to conduct frequent on-site visits, travel between multiple properties, engage directly with concierge staff, and respond to operational needs in real time. The role involves walking properties, reviewing logs and documentation, assisting with coverage, and maintaining a visible leadership presence throughout the day. It is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy being in the field, and take pride in operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine visits to assigned residential properties to ensure concierge staff are present, properly uniformed, and adhering to company standards, building procedures, and client expectations.
- Audit daily operations, identify service or operational gaps, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and performance feedback to concierge teams.
- Ensure all properties remain aligned with company service standards and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between concierge teams and senior management.
- Assist with training new concierges and reinforcing operational protocols across all sites.
- Coordinate coverage and operational support for concierge shifts during absences, call-outs, or emergencies.
- Communicate operational concerns, incidents, and client feedback to upper management in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and monitor daily logs, reports, and documentation for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Support the onboarding of new buildings and assist with staff transitions as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, building management, concierge operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer service standards and property-specific procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable leading and supporting diverse teams.
- Ability to remain professional, composed, and solutions-oriented in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (frequent travel between properties).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Pay: $36,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
