Kindae Dermatology and Aesthetics is a premier provider of surgical, cosmetic and comprehensive medical dermatologic care at our state-of-the-art clinic in Anchorage, AK. We are seeking an exceptionally polished, personable, and organized medical receptionist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service and respectful communication
· Greet patients with professionalism and warmth
· Address patient questions, concerns, and requests with empathy and discretion
· Answer phone calls, text and email inquiries in a timely, polite manner
· Utilize EMR to schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
· Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
· Collect payments, process transactions, and issue receipts
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area
· Verify consent forms, intake forms, and ensure a seamless handoff to clinical staff
· Maintain accurate client records and documentation
· Educate patients on services and skincare products as needed
· Assist with inventory and general administrative tasks
· Support the provider and anticipate the needs of the clinic throughout the day
· Uphold the practice’s brand standards and service expectations

Job Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
· Comfortable discussing payments, balances, deposits, and clinic policies professionally
· 1+ year of front office, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
· Experience with EMR/scheduling software and point-of-sale/payment systems a plus
· Experience in dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetics is a plus but not required - we will train the right person.
