About the Role
We are seeking a Spanish speaking, motivated, organized, and customer-focused Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of three mobile home communities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring resident satisfaction, enforcing community policies, and managing administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of three mobile home communities.
- You will operate out of a centrally located office at on of the communities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and prospective residents.
- Coordinate leasing activities, resident onboarding, and move-ins/move-outs.
- Collect rents, monitor delinquencies, and follow established collection procedures.
- Enforce community rules and regulations in a professional and consistent manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and vendor services.
- Maintain accurate resident files, reports, and community records.
- Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Spanish speaking, fluent in Spanish and English
- Previous property management, mobile home community management, or multifamily housing experience preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
