Troubleshoot and sustain advanced production machinery, including robotic systems controlled by PLCs.

Diagnose and repair AC and DC servo drives, variable frequency drives, and complex hydraulic and pneumatic components.

Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans aligned with safety and reliability goals.

Interpret electrical schematics; install, wire, and commission equipment and panels.

Perform machine safety inspections and adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) at all times.

An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; and/or 5+ years of mechanical/electrical maintenance experience.

Proven capability with PLCs—specifically Mitsubishi and Allen‑Bradley platforms.

Demonstrated strength in both electrical system troubleshooting and mechanical maintenance (both are essential).

Hands-on experience with AC and DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
