Physical Therapist – Orthopedic & Pelvic Health
Reform Physical Therapy – South Portland, Maine
Full-time | Sign-on bonus | Student loan reimbursement | No nights or weekends
Reform Physical Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our South Portland clinic.
This role is a great fit for an experienced pelvic health therapist or an orthopedic Physical Therapist who is interested in learning and expanding their skills in pelvic floor rehabilitation. New graduates with a strong interest in orthopedic and pelvic health care are also encouraged to apply.
At Reform, we believe great care starts with giving therapists the time and support they need to do their best work. Your schedule is built around quality, not quantity. You’ll work with one patient at a time and have the full session to provide personalized, evidence-based treatment. You will never be expected to bounce between multiple patients at once.
That means better care, better outcomes, and a more manageable workday.
You’ll have the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population with a mix of orthopedic and pelvic health conditions, including:
- Pelvic pain
- Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
- Urinary concerns and incontinence
- Orthopedic injuries
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Vestibular and balance conditions
- Mobility limitations
- Strength, flexibility, and coordination concerns
- Chronic pain and movement limitations
Our South Portland clinic is one of Reform’s newer locations and continues to grow. The clinic offers a welcoming, modern environment with functional treatment spaces, private treatment areas, and a supportive team that values collaboration.
Why Join Reform?
At Reform, you are not just an employee. You are an important part of the team.
We take pride in creating a relaxed, supportive workplace where your time is respected, your opinions are heard, and your professional growth is encouraged. We work hard, have fun, and remain focused on providing exceptional patient care.
Reform Physical Therapy has been voted Best of the 207 Gold for Best Physical Therapy Practice four years in a row. That recognition reflects the consistency, care, and culture our team brings to each clinic every day.
