We’re looking for a results-driven Sales/Marketing Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects at the Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina.
Responsibilities
- Schedule presentations face to face using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to guests during the morning and provide concierge service
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with the manager and other departments
- Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements

- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs

Schedule:
- Variable, full time and part time available.
Salary:
Hourly Plus Commission
$40,000 - $100,000+ a year
