Titan Armored is looking for an organized, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team.
This role will support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on employee compliance, licensing and credential tracking, employee records, and HR administration. Because we operate in a highly regulated industry, staying ahead of deadlines, maintaining accurate documentation, and following through on outstanding requirements are a significant part of this position.

What You’ll Do
- Track employee licenses, certifications, permits, and other required credentials
- Monitor expiration dates and coordinate renewals for DOT medical cards, firearm permits, guard/security licenses, driver's licenses, and other position-specific requirements
- Follow up with employees and managers regarding missing, incomplete, or expiring documentation
- Maintain accurate employee compliance and credential records
- Assist with DOT and driver qualification documentation and MVR coordination
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records
- Enter, update, and maintain employee information within HR systems
- Conduct routine audits of employee files, credentials, and compliance documentation
- Assist with employee status changes, HR correspondence, reporting, and documentation
- Track required employee training, acknowledgments, and other compliance-related requirements
- Assist with employment verifications and authorized requests for employee information
- Help maintain HR trackers, spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools
- Support company HR and compliance projects, policy rollouts, audits, and employee communications
- Coordinate with branch management and Operations to obtain required employee information and documentation
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources Manager
- Assist with other HR and compliance responsibilities as assigned

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of HR, compliance, credentialing, or related administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow through on outstanding items
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees and leadership at all levels
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and standard business applications
- Experience with an HRIS or similar employee recordkeeping system preferred
- Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate an issue
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in Human Resources or HR administration
- Experience with credentialing or compliance tracking
- Experience in a DOT-regulated, transportation, security, logistics, or other highly regulated industry
- Experience maintaining employee files, compliance records, or certification requirements

Schedule & Work Location
This is a full-time position with a generally Monday–Friday schedule. Specific working hours will be discussed and established based on departmental and business needs.
Following successful completion of the introductory/probationary period, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work schedule based on job performance, departmental needs, and management approval. Hybrid arrangements are subject to change based on business needs.
