Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks on commercial projects, including but not limited to: select minor demolition, metal/wood stud framing, batt insulation, drywall repairs, acoustical ceilings, millwork, doors, hollow metal door frames and commercial door hardware. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of tenant fit-out and renovation projects. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks.
- Metal stud framing, batt insulation installation, minor drywall repairs, acoustical ceilings, millwork installation and doors/frames/hardware
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely to cut, shape, assemble, and install various building components.
- Heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed; operate heavy equipment when required for site preparation or material handling.
- Contribute to construction management by coordinating with team members, managing timelines, and maintaining quality standards on-site.
- Proven experience in commercial construction environments with a strong background in carpentry-related tasks such as metal framing and acoustical ceilings.
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations related to construction tasks.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
