Oculus Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care team in Rocky Mount, VA where every shift is more than work, it’s a chance to bring comfort, dignity, and meaningful care to residents who depend on you.
We are currently offering 6–8weeks contract assignments with 12-hour shifts (7:00am–7:30pm or 7:00pm–7:30am), averaging 36 hours per week, including every other weekend. Flexible scheduling is available to help support your work-life balance.
As an LPN, you will provide compassionate, patient-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, administer treatments safely, and maintain accurate documentation while helping residents live with dignity and comfort.

Your Role as an LPN:
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in long-term care settings

- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor patient conditions and document care thoroughly
Requirements:
- Active VA LPN License
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Updated Resume
- Valid ID & Social Security Card
- 2 Professional References
- TB skin test/PPD
- Covid Vaccine Card or Declination
