Role Summary
We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused team members to join our AT&T retail sales team. As a Connectivity Sales Advisor, you’ll help customers choose phones, plans, and services that keep them connected at home, work, and on the go. If you enjoy technology, conversation, and earning based on performance, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
- Start conversations with customers and understand their wireless needs
- Recommend AT&T devices, plans, and accessories tailored to each customer
- Assist with upgrades, activations, and account changes
- Maintain a professional, organized sales floor and display area
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Provide a friendly, knowledgeable in-store experience every time
