You will travel to client homes in our modern mobile clinic van with our veterinarians to facilitate patient appointments.

Responsibilities:
· Patient Care:
o Safe, comfortable, and fear-minimizing restraint
o Measurement and recording of vital life signs
o Administration of subcutaneous, intra-muscular, and intravenous medications
o Administration of other medications and medical treatments
o Venipuncture
o Collection of other bodily fluids and tissue samples
o Preparation and analysis of lab samples and slides
o Simple grooming tasks
o Dispense medications accurately, according to doctor prescriptions
· Client Communications
o Explanation of medical conditions and treatment options, and their value
o Explanation of laboratory and other test results analyzed and communicated by the doctor
o Follow up calls to take note of and report the progress of treatments
o Communicate company procedures and policies
· Operations
o Organize and facilitate appointment activities
o Communicate with clients regarding arrival times and appointment procedures
o Plan effective appointment timing flow to maximize time efficiency
o Accurately invoice all charges and collect payments
o Accurately dispense medications
o Accurate end of day financial reporting
o Maintain mobile clinic van, and stocks and inventory
o Accurate medical record keeping
