Bear Tire is hiring a skilled Mechanic to join our team. In this role, youll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks. We provide the tools and a supportive, safety-focused environment to help you succeed and grow.

What Youll Do:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicle types

Diagnose and repair engine, drivetrain, and chassis issues

Work on light, medium, and heavy-duty trucks

Use hand and power tools to complete repairs efficiently

Communicate with team members and customers about repair needs

Provide roadside service when required

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What Were Looking For:

Experience in automotive diagnostics and repair

Diesel experience is a plus

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid drivers license

High school diploma or equivalent
