Job Overview
We're looking for a friendly, personable individual to join our team of receptionists. Our receptionists are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are looking for individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Someone who is organized and detail oriented. Someone who can work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks. Someone who has excellent customer service skills and can maintain positive customer relations while they are interacting with them on the phone or in person. Someone with good computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Bilingual preferred.
Duties
- Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner while ensuring that all calls are responded to in a timely manner
- Greeting clients in person or over the phone
- Entering information into our database and maintaining it in a timely manner
- Maintain customer/client databases and records.
- Answer emails and correspondence.
- Create and send out customer invoices.
- Handles processes multiple payment options
Experience
- Proven office experience or previous receptionist/customer service roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofing documents, and basic bookkeeping
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
