Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: $18-$24/hour depending on experience
- Performance-based bonus potential

- 6 days PTO annually (increases to 10 days after one year with company)
Responsibilities
- Assisting carpenters, superintendents, and other crew members
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Setting up and taking down tools, ladders, and equipment
- Basic demolition and cleanup work
- Assisting with light framing, trim, doors, decks, siding, drywall, and other construction tasks as needed
- Following directions from supervisors and experienced tradespeople
- Learning proper construction methods, tool use, and job site safety practices
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and working outdoors
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug test, including marijuana
- Ability to pass a background check

This is a full-time role based in Colorado Springs, CO.
