Coastal Marine Construction is seeking a motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a salesperson who wants the security of a base salary and the opportunity to substantially increase their income through performance-based commissions.
We specialize in docks, seawalls, boat lifts, boathouses, and marine structures throughout Flagler, St. Johns, Volusia, and Putnam Counties.

What You'll Do
-Meet with prospective customers at waterfront properties to discuss marine construction projects.
-Conduct site visits and gather information needed for estimating and project planning.
-Build relationships with homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and commercial clients.
-Present proposals and close sales while maintaining company profitability goals.
-Follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
-Maintain accurate records within the company CRM.
-Coordinate with office and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
-Generate referrals and cultivate relationships with realtors, engineers, surveyors, and other industry professionals.
-Represent Coastal Marine Construction professionally within the community.
What We're Looking For
-Proven sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
-Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
-Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively.
-Comfortable working independently and in the field.
-Ability to learn marine construction methods, permitting processes, and project scopes.
-Construction, marine construction, dock, seawall, boat lift, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
