We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Service Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial laundry equipment while delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, and being out in the field, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, etc.)
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative service
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
- Communicate with customers on service needs and solutions
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
- Manage parts inventory and maintain service vehicle organization
- Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of mechanical, electrical, or appliance repair experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using basic tools and technology (service apps, reporting)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with commercial laundry equipment
- HVAC, electrical, or appliance repair background
