Compensation: $115,000 - $145,000

Company Overview:
TIELLO has partnered with an established Specialty Civil Contractor in the Greater Tucson Arizona Area on their search for a Project Manager (Underground Wet Utilities).
Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in the Underground Utility, Civil, or Heavy Civil Construction Industry and will be responsible for helping leading successful large and small, Underground Wet Utility, Water, Sewer, Storm Construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:
- Able to perform all essential Project Manager job responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction needs and support the executive and site supervision team
- Work with site supervision and design professionals on schedule, change orders, & RFI’s
- Maintain the project schedule and budget
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with Owners, Architects, and Contractors
- Track and manage ongoing work in the field
- Assist the field staff with receiving all required information needed to perform work in the field.
- Encourage an environment that promotes safety and safe working habits
- Manage project deliverables
Skills & Qualification:
- 4+ years experience managing projects for reputable Underground Utilities, Wet Utilities or Heavy Civil contractors
- Experience with Projects focused on Underground Utilities, Wet Utilities, Heavy Civil Projects, Sewer, Storm, Water, Earthworks, Excavations
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related preferred, or equivalent field experience.
