Basic Function
Maintains, repairs, and installs residential HVAC equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Troubleshoot Residential HVAC equipment, and give customer options to upgrade and replace equipment.
Repairs
· Maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as part of the facility preventive maintenance
· Repair and replace Air Conditioners, Furnaces and Heat Pumps.
· Adhere to established HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedule
· Provide labor for preventive maintenance and repairs to HVAC equipment and systems
For experienced Tech Requirements-
· Must be familiar with HVAC repairs and systems
· Universal EPA required
· Ability to plan and organize work
· Capable of brazing, soldering, and welding
