Licensed Clinician @ Arise Treatment Center
Full-Time Position | Reports To Clinical Director | Schedule: M–F 8AM–5PM
Position Summary
Provides individual and group therapy, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and clinical documentation for persons served in residential SUD treatment.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage/family therapy, or addiction counseling
- Active Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC)
- Experience in SUD treatment preferred
- Knowledge of CBT, RBT, Seeking Safety, motivational interviewing
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Drug test at Hancock Gateway Lab
- Criminal background check must clear before first day
- OIG LEIE screening
- TB skin test or proof within past year
- Immunizations per ATC-139 Section 8
Job Responsibilities (derived from ARISE policies):
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments within 24–48 hours of admission
- Develop individualized, person-centered, ASAM-aligned treatment plans updated every 7 days
- Deliver evidence-based individual therapy at clinically determined intervals
- Facilitate structured group therapy sessions
- Develop discharge and continuing care plans with person served input
- Document clinical progress notes in AZZLY within 24 hours
- Conduct suicide risk assessments using C-SSRS (per Clinical Risk Management Policy)
- Develop and update Safety Plans with persons served
- Participate in clinical supervision
- Identify and coordinate co-occurring disorder treatment
- Report critical incidents
- Participate in emergency drills
- Maintain scope of practice per Indiana licensure
- Maintain continuing education for license renewal

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
