$18.00 per hour
TruClean Arkansas is currently screening for multiple Industrial Facility Porters to join our growing team at a professional industrial facility.
As a Facility Porter, you will help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility throughout your shift while ensuring employees, visitors, and customers experience a clean, safe, and professional environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms throughout the day
- Maintain offices, conference rooms, and administrative areas
- Clean and stock break rooms
- Maintain the lobby and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces
- Spot mop and maintain floors as needed
- Refill paper products, soap, and other consumable supplies
- Respond to cleaning needs as they arise
- Follow all TruClean quality standards and safety procedures
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
Work Environment
This position is located inside an active industrial warehouse. While your primary responsibilities focus on maintaining offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and common areas, you will be working within an industrial environment.
Applicants should be comfortable working in a facility that may be cooler during the winter months and warmer during the summer months, depending on the warehouse conditions. The position requires frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting, and routine cleaning throughout the shift.

- Commercial cleaning or porter experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform routine physical cleaning tasks
