Job Description:
The Night Shift Assistant Equipment Manager is responsible for leading the night team in preparing and maintaining studio spaces, ensuring all equipment and facilities are ready for production the following day. This role involves overseeing the setup, organization, and upkeep of photo/ video studio gear, coordinating with daytime staff for smooth handovers, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the night shift team in preparing studio spaces and equipment.
- Ensure all studios are organized, clean, and ready for scheduled sessions.
- Oversee the setup, testing, and storage of audio, lighting, and video equipment.
- Monitor equipment inventory, report damages or shortages, and arrange for repairs as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with day shift teams and management to ensure continuity of operations.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain an orderly work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in photography equipment or studio management, preferably in photography studio or video production environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team during overnight hours.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Blue Circle Software experience a plus
- Knowledge of photography/video grip and lighting.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
