American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Pediatric Specialty Clinic position at an outpatient adolescent and young adult health clinic, requiring at least 2 years of pediatric experience and Epic proficiency.

Outpatient pediatric primary care clinic setting specializing in adolescent and young adult health (ages 10–26)
-
Services include well visits, school/sports/camp physicals, men's and women's health exams, immunizations, same-day acute care, and confidential health care
-
Monday–Friday day shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 40 hours per week

No call, no weekends, and no holiday coverage required

EMR: Epic (In Basket management required)

Active RN license in Maryland or a Compact state currently in hand

Current BLS certification required

Minimum 2 years of pediatric or family practice experience required; flexible backgrounds considered including Peds ED, PICU, Pediatric Acute, or Pediatric Med-Surg

Experience at a facility with 500+ beds required

SSN and date of birth required for consideration

One professional reference required for consideration

Responsibilities include medication review, medication reconciliation, prescription refills, patient and caregiver education, triage calls, chart review, and reviewing after-visit summaries

Supports care coordination across disciplines including pharmacy, social work, and nutrition

Addresses school-related health needs including 504 plans and individualized education plans (IEPs)
