Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented weigher / packer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the packaging process, ensuring that products are prepared for shipment efficiently and accurately. As a Packer, you will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations by maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality assurance before packaging.
- Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper identification during shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any issues or discrepancies in product quality or packaging to supervisors.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a packing or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
