Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and driven Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily residential community. This leadership role is responsible for property performance, resident satisfaction, leasing operations, financial management, staff development, and regulatory compliance.
The Community Manager serves as the primary on-site leader and works closely with ownership and asset management to achieve occupancy, revenue, and operational goals while maintaining exceptional resident experiences.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of multifamily property management experience.
- Experience supervisingmaintenance teams, leasing consultants, or on-site staff.
- Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AppFolio, Yardi, or similar property management software.
- Experience managing communities of 100+ units.
- Budgeting, reporting, and financial management experience.
- Leasing, resident retention, and occupancy management experience.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
