Maintenance Technician
Expectations:
- Able to work alone on complex tasks and provide adequate communication to all related parties
- Maintain, rebuild/repair, weld and fabricate, and aid in projects related to roll forming machines,
punch presses, and all other auxiliary manufacturing equipment
- Use CMMS software for work logging of planned and emergency work, parts inventory, and time
reconciliation
- Perform daily duties in compliance with good safety guidelines, best practices, company
standards, and consideration of affect to customer specifications
- Maintain a clean workspace and thorough completion of work before returning to us
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting
- Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.
- Able to interpret various schematics
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Specification of equipment and parts
- Demonstrate strong mathematical skills and use of precision measuring devices
- Proficiency in using electronic devices and computers for work
- Work effectively with minimal assistance or supervision
- Able to lift 50lbs regularly and Stand, Climb, Kneel, Bend, and Lift for up to 10hrs a day
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years applicable industrial equipment maintenance
