About Us
We design and build stunning custom in-ground pools that turn backyards into private resorts. We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, personable Sales Representative to join our team and help local homeowners bring their dream pools to life.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with inbound leads (no cold calling) to assess project needs and present design + budget options
- Educate customers on the pool construction process, timelines, and design choices
- Create and deliver estimates and proposals
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the sales process
- Manage pipeline and follow-up
- Attend occasional trade shows, events, or local marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background in sales (construction/home improvement a major plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational habits
- Tech-friendly (able to use iPad, CRM, digital drawings, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
