Description:
We are looking for motivated and reliable full-time customer service representatives to join our team. Your primary role will be to process orders and assist customers efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist customers
- Process orders and handle paperwork
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Patient, responsible, and dependable
- Comfortable using a computer, including email and basic office programs
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus but not required
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
