The Scottish Highlands is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with a strong background in financial management . This position offers flexible hours and days, @4 day work week. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience with community (HOA) software (Buildium), financial statements, general ledgers, and Excel. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle confidential situations with discretion. Be self-motivated, organized and friendly. Only applicants with Bookkeeping experience apply.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
- Compute and record numerical data.
- Check the accuracy of business transactions.
- Perform data entry and administrative duties.
- Bank deposits and reconciling statements.
- Property transfers and screening for new owners.
- Managing owners' ledger accounts.
- Accounts payable and receivable.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of Condo Assoc software (Buildium)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Friendly, business-like, and self-motivated.
