What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely operating a 26’ box truck (non-CDL)
- Leading a crew on residential and commercial moves
- Setting the pace, tone, and standard on every job
- Protecting furniture, homes, and customer trust
- Loading and unloading with efficiency and attention to detail
- Communicating clearly with customers and your team throughout the day
What We’re Looking For:
This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for professionals who...
- Have at least 2+ years of residential moving experience
- Have 1+ year driving a box truck and/or leading a crew
- Take ownership of the job from start to finish
- Work efficiently without cutting corners
- Stay composed under pressure and lead by example
- Care about reputation, not just getting through the day
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR (for drivers)
- Ability to lift 100+ lbs repeatedly
- Must pass background check
- Drug-free workplace
- Must be 21+
- Reliable transportation to and from work
