Description:
Total Warehouse Inc. (TW) is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support West Coast growth. TW delivers industry-leading material handling equipment and warehouse solutions focused on efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
This is a field-based development role focused on prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing small to mid-sized deals, with the objective to transition into a Sales Representative role with territory ownership within 6–12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business through daily field prospecting and cold calling

Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities

Identify customer needs and introduce TW solutions

Close small to mid-sized deals to develop sales capability

Support larger opportunities in partnership with Senior Sales Representatives

Conduct product introductions and solution discussions onsite

Maintain accurate CRM activity and opportunity tracking

Continuously follow up to advance deals through pipeline
Growth Path (6–12 Months)

0–6 Weeks: Training + initial prospecting

6 Weeks–6 Months: Pipeline build + close small deals

6–12 Months: Independent selling + support larger deals
Requirements

1–3 years in B2B sales or customer-facing role

Strong prospecting and communication skills

Organized with strong follow-through

CRM experience required

Ability to build rapport with decision-makers

Material handling/industrial experience preferred

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
