California Communications is a customer account and development firm seeking a Customer Account Associate to support customer account activities related to our AT&T campaign. In this full-time role, you will work directly with customers to assist with account inquiries, provide support, maintain accurate account information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
As a Customer Account Associate, you will learn how to manage customer accounts, coordinate account-related updates, and serve as a reliable point of contact for customer needs. Through hands-on training, you'll develop skills in customer relations, account coordination, communication, and problem-solving while supporting long-term customer satisfaction.
Role Responsibilities of the Customer Account Associate
- Assist customers with account-related questions, updates, and general support while providing information about available AT&T products and services.
- Maintain accurate account information and assist customers in understanding available account options and features.
- Coordinate account activities by verifying information, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Pay: $4,100.00 - $5,000.00 per month
