American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position at a Level I Trauma facility, requiring a minimum of 3 years of OR experience including liver and kidney cases.

Hospital-based Operating Room unit with potential floating to the GI unit or an outpatient surgery center

Patient population includes Level I Trauma, liver, and kidney cases

Shift schedule consists of two 12-hour shifts (6:45a–7:15p) and two 8-hour shifts (6:45a–3:15p) per week

Two weekend shifts (8 or 12 hours depending on staffing) required per 6-week schedule cycle

Holiday requirements include one summer and one winter holiday call shift, plus one summer and one winter holiday work shift (8 or 12 hours depending on staffing)

Charting system: Cerner
-
Active PA RN license or Compact RN license required

BSN required

Minimum 3 years of OR experience required

At least 2–3 years of Level I Trauma experience required

Liver and kidney case experience required

Trauma certification required

Scrub and circulate experience preferred

2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Copies of certifications required for consideration
