What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a wide range of services, including Individual, Hybrid, Volume Eyelash extensions and Eyelash Lift
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Provide aftercare advice and follow-up consultations to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Assist in promoting our services and products to enhance client experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and service quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician license in Virginia.
- Proven experience in eyelash extension application preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for beauty and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety protocols in a spa environment.
