Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with clarity and professionalism
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote new services and offerings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service quality, and meet departmental goals
Experience
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and typing accuracy is advantageous
- Knowledge of sales techniques and client services strategies enhances effectiveness
- Familiarity with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is beneficial
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
