About the Position
We’re seeking a licensed therapist to join our team in a dynamic role as a Adolescent IOP Therapist. In this position, you’ll play a key role in delivering structured, skills-based group programming, supporting the growth of our clinical team, and if desired building a small outpatient caseload. This role offers flexibility in structure, with compensation aligned to whether you take on outpatient sessions in addition to IOP, consultation, and supervision responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate four group therapy sessions per week (Monday–Thursday, 6:15–8:30 p.m.) for ages 14–18 in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and authorizations
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and community providers to support client care
Consultation Responsibilities
- Provide availability to complete approximately 3 IOP-related consultations/intakes per week.
Outpatient Responsibilities
- If licensed (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent): Maintain a small outpatient caseload (approximately 5 sessions per week).
- If unlicensed and actively pursuing licensure: Provide coverage for IOP groups as needed.
Optional Responsibilities:
- Holistic Specialist- provide holistic therapy approaches (yoga, movement, dance, art, etc.) to other IOP/PHP groups as needed.
What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field
- Experience working with adolescents ages 14-18
- Strong engagement and relationship-building skills with children and adolescents
- Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches (CBT, ACT, play therapy, etc.)
- Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $48,000 to $100,000
