Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher/Busser, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our kitchen running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our restaurant operations—ensuring dishes are cleaned, tables are promptly cleared, and the dining environment remains safe, sanitary, and welcoming. Your proactive approach will support our culinary team and elevate the overall guest experience through efficient cleaning, bussing, and food safety practices.
Duties
- Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic ingredient handling and setup.
- Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure a clean and inviting dining area for guests.
- Bus tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and trash, ensuring proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as dishwashers safely and effectively while adhering to kitchen health and safety standards.
- Support the culinary team by organizing supplies, restocking items, and maintaining sanitation throughout the kitchen area.
- Follow all sanitation protocols related to food handling and kitchen hygiene to uphold health regulations and ensure guest safety.
Experience
- Previous food service experience or restaurant work is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food safety
- Experience with dishwashing or bussing in banquet or catering settings is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling supplies or moving heavy items around the kitchen or dining area
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles with a focus on cleanliness, teamwork, and customer service excellence.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
