Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at The Grove Post Acute.
Duties:
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions
- Perform diagnostic tests to evaluate lung function
- Educate patients on respiratory health management
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop patient care plans
- Respond to emergency situations
Experience:
- Proficiency in medical terminology
- Ability to assess vital signs accurately
- Competence in medication administration related to respiratory care
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ventilate and manage airways effectively
