Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Handyman/Remodeler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and remodeling tasks across residential and some commercial properties. Your expertise will help ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Execute repairs and maintenance tasks including drywall installation, painting, caulking, and fixture installation to uphold property standards.
- Perform remodeling activities such as trim carpentry, flooring installation, cabinetry setup, and door hanging to enhance space functionality.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment at times for a variety of projects
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately interpret project requirements.
- Manage on-site projects by coordinating with team members, managing materials, and adhering to timelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used using software on your mobile device.
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site operations including framing, drywall installation and finishing, flooring, carpentry,
- Proficiency in electrical work, plumbing repairs, fixture installation, and general maintenance.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, other various equipment.
- Strong knowledge of building, electrical, and plumbing codes.
- Ability to perform detailed building finishing tasks such as texturing, paint, caulking, tile laying, glass installation, and restoration work.
- Familiarity with construction management practices including safety protocols and inspection procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality craftsmanship across all projects.

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour
