Growing Equipment Dealership in the Denver Metro Area
A growing equipment dealership serving agricultural, construction, landscaping, and rural lifestyle customers throughout the Denver metro area is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting & Office Clerk to join our team.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position provides accounting and administrative support throughout the dealership while helping ensure accurate financial records, efficient office operations, and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
- Post customer payments and assist with accounts receivable collections.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and perform cash reconciliations.
- Assist with inventory accounting, equipment transactions, and floorplan documentation.
- Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Support month-end closing procedures and prepare accounting schedules as assigned.
- Maintain organized accounting files and supporting documentation.
Office Administration
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Assist with dealership paperwork, filing, document management, and general administrative support.
- Process title, registration, warranty, and manufacturer documentation as needed.
- Order office supplies and assist with day-to-day office operations.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to dealership departments.
Team Support
- Work closely with the General Manager and dealership staff to support daily operations.
- Maintain the confidentiality of financial, customer, and employee information.
- Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Two or more years of dealership office experience required.
- Experience with dealership management systems, preferably DIS or RIMSS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Professional communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation: $22.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
