Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods to introduce our products and services with confidence and professionalism
- Identify potential leads by engaging residents, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to log interactions, update lead information, and track progress
- Follow up with interested prospects through warm calling, outbound calling, or scheduled visits to nurture relationships and convert leads into customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies and promotional materials
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing questions, providing clear information, and ensuring positive experiences
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous but not required
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward business development and lead generation
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within assigned territories
