Basecamp Fitness is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and relationship-driven Corporate Wellness Specialist to help lead an exciting new corporate wellness partnership.
This role is an opportunity to build a premium corporate wellness program from the ground up while delivering an exceptional fitness and member experience.
This role combines one-on-one personal training, small group coaching, member accountability, programming, and studio leadership. You'll serve as one of the primary points of contact for our corporate members, helping them build confidence, stay accountable, and make Basecamp part of their weekly routine.
This is a guaranteed hourly position with scheduled daytime hours Monday through Friday. Between appointments, coaches are expected to remain actively engaged by supporting the studio, members, and overall success of the program.ScheduleDay time Monday–Friday

- Session 1: 10:00–10:45 AM
- Session 2: 11:00–11:45 AM
- Session 3: 12:00–12:45 PM
- 30-minute lunch break
- Session 4: 1:30–2:15 PM
- Session 5: 2:30–3:15 PM
(Schedule may vary based on bookings and business needs.)Personal Training & Coaching Responsibilities
- Coach one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Lead small group training sessions (2–4 participants).
- Design individualized training programs based on member goals, movement quality, and experience level.
- Assist with progressive programming for a variety of fitness levels.
- Modify and progress exercises safely and effectively.
- Help members build confidence through education, accountability, and consistent coaching.
- Track member progress and celebrate milestones.
Corporate Wellness ExperienceAs one of the primary leaders of our corporate wellness program, you'll help create an exceptional experience for every member.Responsibilities include:
- Build meaningful relationships with corporate members.
- Deliver a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy experience.
- Become a trusted resource for training, recovery, and healthy habits.
- Encourage consistency and long-term engagement.
- Help members feel connected to the Basecamp community.
- Support retention by creating an experience members genuinely look forward to.
Strong Start & Member SuccessThis role will play a key part in our Strong Start Program, helping new members build healthy habits from day one.Responsibilities include:
- Reach out to new members during their first 30 days.
- Check in on goals and progress.
- Answer questions and provide accountability.
- Help members navigate classes, personal training, and challenges.
- Create personalized touchpoints that improve member retention.
Programming & Education
- Assist with the development of one-on-one and small group programming.
- Film exercise demonstrations and educational fitness content.
- Contribute ideas for workshops, challenges, and wellness initiatives.
- Support member education through movement coaching and accountability.
Studio ResponsibilitiesDuring scheduled shifts, coaches are expected to remain available in the studio, even if appointments cancel or there are gaps between sessions.Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting and assisting members.
- Supporting the Fitness Manager or Manager on Duty.
- Resetting equipment between sessions and classes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized training space.
- Deep cleaning responsibilities including equipment, mirrors, bathrooms, wet mopping, and studio organization.
- Ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and ready for use.
Community & Marketing
- Assist with social media content creation.
- Film exercise demonstrations and educational videos.
- Participate in member spotlights and success stories.
- Help promote studio events, challenges, and corporate wellness initiatives.
- Represent Basecamp positively both in and outside the studio.

Qualifications
- Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)
- CPR/AED Certification
- Experience coaching one-on-one and/or small groups preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable coaching beginners through advanced athletes.
- Comfortable creating educational fitness content and appearing on camera.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
