Renovation Technician

Position Summary
Branbury Apartments is seeking a skilled and motivated Renovation Technician to oversee and complete apartment renovations throughout our community. This position plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality and appeal of our apartment homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and complete full apartment renovations as assigned
* Perform drywall repair and installation
* Interior painting and finishing
* Basic plumbing repairs and fixture installation
* Basic electrical repairs and fixture installation
* Appliance installation and troubleshooting
* Flooring, trim, and general carpentry work
* Coordinate and manage vendor relationships as needed
* Maintain renovation timelines and manage time effectively
* Ensure work meets safety standards and company expectations
* Maintain clean and organized work areas
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in drywall, painting, and general carpentry
* Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
* Experience installing appliances
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
* Vendor coordination and communication experience preferred
* Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve efficiently
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
