Responsibilities:
- Perform field service work, including installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures according to specifications
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and HVAC technicians, on construction projects
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
Skills:
- Journeyman/Journeywoman plumber certification or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Proficient in various plumbing techniques, including soldering, brazing, and welding
- Experience in remodeling and construction plumbing projects
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
